What We Believe

WE BELIEVE…

• …in one God in three Persons, God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit
• …in the Bible as being the inspired and infallible Word of God
• …that the Lord Jesus Christ was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, performed miracles, died sacrificially for the sins of the world, and arose bodily from the dead
• …that there is an eternal reward with God for the righteous and unending torment for the wicked
• …that Jesus Christ shed His blood for the remission of sins and that lost men are justified by faith in Him alone
• …in the Baptism in the Holy Spirit that is initially evidenced by speaking in other tongues
• …in sanctification that is instantaneous and continues as a life-long growth in grace and knowledge
• …that divine healing was provided in the atonement of Christ
• …in the imminent and premillenial return of Christ for the saints, known as “The Rapture”
• …that it is the responsibility of every believer in Christ to be actively involved in fulfilling the Great Commission
